Apple reveal the iPad

On 27 January 2010, Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduced the highly anticipated iPad to the world at a press conference in California. The device, which is supposed to be the perfect go-between of a mobile phone and a computer, boasts a super sharp 9.7” LCD and is only half an inch thick. Interacting with the iPad is very similar to its younger brother, the iPhone, as it uses a multi-touch screen to select, scroll and zoom through pages with complete ease.

Future of the Sony PSP

People ask whether the Sony PSP is a dying console, but when it comes to the sales of the portable console over the past two years, the statistics speak for themselves. The PSPgo launched in October of 2009 not as a final attempt to save the PSP from becoming history, but instead it is an alternative for the global target market of the PSP. Sony have made an ambitious step towards digital content, as the PSPgo is the first console ever to rely solely upon downloadable games from the internet. With an impressive flash memory of 16GB, the PSPgo is an innovative console that really attempts to push the boundaries of multimedia entertainment on the go.
